Quick summary (not a substitute for the full Terms): Goated AI is an AI-powered image editor for creative use. It is NOT a study aid or academic tool. You are responsible for all content you generate. AI can be unpredictable; you agree that Goated AI is not liable for offensive, inaccurate, or strange outputs. Do not use this tool to generate illegal, non-consensual, or harmful content.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and GOATED AI governing your access to and use of the Goated AI applications, websites, and services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Goated AI provides tools for image generation and editing. You must use each tool solely for its intended creative purpose.

Unpredictability: Artificial Intelligence is probabilistic and unpredictable. Goated AI cannot guarantee specific outputs. We are not liable if the AI generates content that you find offensive, strange, or inaccurate.
Your Responsibility: You are the creator. You bear full responsibility for the prompts you enter and the images you generate, share, or publish. You agree to indemnify Goated AI against any legal action resulting from content you generated.
Content Moderation: We employ safety filters (NSFW, violence, etc.). Attempting to bypass these filters ("jailbreaking") is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Goated AI is NOT a study tool. It is an effortless image editor powered by AI. It is strictly prohibited to use this tool to generate academic work, falsify records, or cheat in any educational setting. We explicitly disclaim all liability for any academic consequences resulting from misuse of our creative tools.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE AI MODELS WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goated AI, its creators, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) content you generated or shared; (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
